Shipping Policy
At Maana Vakaari, we pack every order with care and ship it as quickly as we can. Here's what to expect:
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times below are counted from when your order ships, not when you place it.
U.S. shipping rates & times.
- Standard (7–12 business days): $4.95 flat rate
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50
- Priority (5–8 business days): $12.95 flat rate
International shipping. We currently ship within the United States. If you're shopping from outside the US, please email us at maanavakaari@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.
Tracking your order. Every order includes tracking, and tracking information is provided by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of shipment, contact us at maanavakaari@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
Shipping address. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we're unable to redirect packages once they've left our facility. If you notice an error, email us immediately and we'll do our best to fix it before shipment.
Delays. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather and carrier delays can occasionally add time to a shipment. We'll always keep you informed if something unusual happens with your order.
