How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, Standard (7–12 business days) costs $4.95, or Priority (5–8 business days) costs $12.95. U.S. orders over $50 ship free with Standard. Tracking information is provided by email as soon as your order ships. All delivery times are estimates.
How does tracking work?
Every order includes tracking at no extra cost. When your order leaves us, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it from our door to yours. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us and we'll resend it.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Items in your order may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages at different times. This doesn't mean anything is missing — you'll get tracking for each package.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer 30-day returns. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't as described, please contact us right away — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrived wrong, damaged, or defective, we'll cover return shipping. For orders under $20, we may refund you without requiring the item to be returned.
What materials are your products made from? Are they safe?
We choose materials for durability and everyday safety — sturdy fabrics, quality plastics, and metal components where strength matters. Our organizers are designed for normal household use, including kitchens, closets, and living spaces. If you have a specific question about a product's materials, email us and we'll give you a straight answer.
How do I pick the right size?
Every product page lists exact dimensions and what the item is designed to hold or fit. Before ordering, measure your space: for drawers, measure the length, width, and depth; for under-sink areas, measure around pipes and the cabinet opening; for storage boxes, check shelf or closet dimensions.
